Integrate with AVAAL

Seamlessly sync the cloud-based AVAAL Freight Management suite or AVAAL Express Dispatch (desktop-based) with Samsara to get visibility into driver duty status.

The integration includes the following features:

• driver Hours of Service (HOS) sync from Samsara to AVAAL

Requirements

• AVAAL: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

AVAAL built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact AVAAL Support.

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named AVAAL Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Compliance: Read ELD Compliance Settings (US)

   • Setup and Administration: Read Org Information

   For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

2. Send the token to your AVAAL representative and request the Samsara integration.

   AVAAL Support will configure the account and guide you through any remaining steps to enable the integration.
