Integrate with ClearPath

Integrate Samsara vehicle GPS and driver hours of service (HOS) information with ClearPath TMS.

The integration includes the following features:

• Provides last reported location for assets tied to an active load.

• Tracks HOS information to prevent dispatching loads to drivers outside HOS.

Requirements

• ClearPath: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

ClearPath built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact your ClearPath customer representative.

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named ClearPath Integration with read scopes for the specific categories required for the integration. If you aren't sure which scopes are required, check with your ClearPath representative.

   For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

2. Send the token to your ClearPath representative and request the Samsara integration.

   ClearPath Support will configure the account.
