Integrate with BeyondTrucks

Enable asset tracking with BeyondTrucks' modern carrier TMS.

The integration includes the following features:

• Always know where your trucks are located with real-time GPS updates in BeyondTrucks

• Accurate odometer reading for automatic driver settlement

• Integrated smart dispatch workflows directly from BeyondTrucks

• Authorize secure connection by simply entering your Samsara login credentials

Requirements

• BeyondTrucks: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

BeyondTrucks built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact BeyondTrucks Support.

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named BeyondTrucks Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Compliance: Read ELD Compliance Settings (US)

   • Vehicles:

     • Read Vehicles

     • Read Vehicle Statistics

   For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

2. Send the token to your BeyondTrucks representative and request the Samsara integration.

   BeyondTrucks Support will configure the account and guide you through any remaining steps to enable the integration.
