Integrate with Alvys TMS

Sync Samsara telematics data and driver clocks with Alvys TMS to improve track and trace processes, temperature monitoring in reefers, and load scheduling and driver assignment.

The integration includes the following features:

• Tracking: Enables the track and trace team to see where the truck and/or trailer is at and share that information with their customers

• Temperature monitoring: Verifies the temperature settings and compares it to the load requirements and notifies the carrier of any mismatch

• IFTA: Pull mileage reports by truck and combine them with fuel data to automatically create IFTA reports at truck and company level

• HOS: Pull and display the driver four clocks to help dispatchers understand and plan the schedules for the drivers

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named Alvys Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Compliance:

     • Read ELD Compliance Settings (US)

     • Read IFTA (US)

   • Equipment: Read Equipment

   • Trailer: Read Trailers

   • Vehicles: Read Vehicle Statistics

2. Send the token to your Alvys representative and request the Samsara integration.

   Alvys Support will configure the account.
