Integrate with Prophesy Dispatch a Körber Product

Enable fleet dispatchers to view critical data points such as driver Hours of Service (HOS) and vehicle GPS location data directly in Prophesy Dispatch by Körber Supply Chain to fully manage their dispatch workflow including route assignment, stop-based tasks and two-way driver-dispacther messaging.

This is a full integration with Prophesy Dispatch and includes the following features:

Requirements

• Körber Supply Chain: Optional interface licenses for Samsara integration, HOS module, Trailer Tracking

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read and write scopes

Deployment

Körber Supply Chain built and maintains the integration, and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact Prophesy Dispatch Support.

1. Create a Samsara API Token named Prophesy Dispatch Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Addresses: Read and Write

   • Setup & Administration: Read and Write Tags

   • Driver Workflow: Read and Write Documents, Routes, and Messages

   • Compliance: Read ELD Compliance Settings (US)

   • Drivers: Read Drivers

   • Vehicles: Read Vehicles and Vehicle Stats

2. Send the token to your Körber Supply Chain account manager and request the Samsara integration.

   Prophesy Dispatch Support will configure the account.
