Integrate with Full Circle TMS

The Full Circle TMS integration provides seamless and continuous tracking and ELD Hours of Service Monitoring.

The integration includes the following features:

• Syncs drivers in Full Circle to drivers in Samsara

• Every 15 minutes, Full Circle gets the hours left that day, last known location plus data and time for each Samsara driver plus about 10 other data points

• When dispatching a load, Full Circle will calculate the total time to run the shipment (including deadhead) and compare to the available time for the selected driver and show the dispatcher if the driver has enough time or not. Full Circle will warn if the driver will not have enough time.

• During an ongoing trip, Full Circle will calculate the time required to get to the NEXT STOP and compare against what the driver has left in their day every 15 minutes. If there isn't enough time, Full Circle will warn the dispatcher.

Requirements

• Full Circle TMS: ENTERPRISE version. Contact your Full Circle TMS account manager to inquire about the ENTERPRISE version.

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

Full Circle TMS built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Full Circle TMS Support.

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named Full Circle TMS Integration with read scopes for the specific categories required for the integration.

   If you aren't sure which scopes are required, check with your Full Circle TMS representative.

2. Send the token to your Full Circle TMS representative and request the Samsara integration.

   Full Circle TMS Support will configure the account.
