Integrate with Degama TMS

Maintain accurate vehicle location data, driver and address information from Samsara in Degama's transportation management solution.

The integration includes the following features:

• Vehicle GPS location sync

• Pull Samsara driver data into Degama

• Pull Samsara addresses and geofences into Degama

Requirements

• Degama: Subscription to Degama TMS software is required

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

Degama built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Degama Support.

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named Degama Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Addresses: Read Addresses

   • Drivers: Read Drivers

   • Vehicles: Read Vehicle Statistics

   For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

2. Send the token to your Degama representative and request the Samsara integration.

   Degama Support will configure the account and guide you through any remaining steps to enable the integration.
