Integrate with Soloplan CarLo TMS (by COTRIS)

Connect Samsara with CarLo (Soloplan) TMS, the flexible logistics software for all transport management requirements.

This integration is owned and managed by COTRIS, a third-party System Integrator that works with Samsara customers. There is a deployment fee for this integration.

The integration includes the following features:

• Real-time access to all asset locations

• Real-time visibility of driver hours as you plan operations

• Synchronized driver messaging between CarLo and Samsara

• Fully digitized routing and dispatch workflows with document management

• Route status updates based on driver activities

Requirements

• Soloplan: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read and write scopes

• COTRIS: Subscription license agreement

1. Create a Samsara API Token named Soloplan Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Compliance:

     • Read ELD Compliance Settings (US)

     • Read Tachograph (EU)

   • Driver Workflow:

     • Read Documents

     • Read and Write Routes

     • Read and Write Messages

   • Drivers: Read Drivers

   • Equipment: Read Equipment

   • Vehicles:

     • Read Vehicles

     • Read Vehicle Statistics

2. Share the Samsara API Token with COTRIS and request the Soloplan CarLo / Samsara integration. To reach out directly to COTRIS, email [e-mail].
