Integrate with Infosite Dispatch-Mate

Connect Samsara to Infosite Dispatch-Mate for real-time dispatch and updates for Cab and Trips.

The integration includes the following features:

• Real-time information updating between Dispatch-Mate and Truck running Samsara gateway

• Sync vehicle GPS location to provide end-to-end visibility into shipment status

• Send orders to Truck

• Signature/BOL capture

• Ability to invoice as Truck completes delivery

Requirements

• Infosite:

  • Requires Dispatch-Mate version 6.0.22+

  • Dispatch-Mate Telematics’ add-on interface

  • Webservice setup to register Samsara webhooks

• Samsara:

  • API access with Read & Write permissions

  • Set up Samsara alerts with webhooks

Deployment

Infosite built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact Infosite Support.

1. Create a Read & Write Samsara API Token named Infosite Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Addresses: Read & Write Addresses

   • Drivers: Read Drivers

   • driver Workflow:

     • Read & Write Documents

     • Read & Write Routes

   • Vehicles:

     • Read Vehicles

     • Read Vehicle Statistics

2. Send the API token to [e-mail] and request the Samsara integration.

3. Work with your Infosite representative to set up the following Samsara alerts and webhooks:

   • Geofence Alerts

   • Document Submission Alerts

   Infosite Support will configure the account.
