Integrate with TruckLogics

Let TruckLogics handles the complexities of IFTA reporting with the Samsara integration.

The integration includes the following features:

• Connect your Samsara account with TruckLogics to generate the IFTA report instantly

Requirements

• SPAN Enterprises: None

• Samsara: API access with Read permissions

Deployment

TruckLogics built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact TruckLogics Support.

1. From the TruckLogics Dashboard, navigate to the Integrations menu.

2. Click Connect under Samsara.

3. Click Connect Samsara and enter your Samsara credentials when prompted.

4. Click Allow to establish a connection.

5. When prompted, import Trucks from Samsara into TruckLogics and confirm the vehicle selection.

6. Import distance and fuel data from Samsara into TruckLogics.

   1. From the TruckLogics dashboard, select the Tax Year and Quarter for which you want to generate the IFTA report.

   2. Choose the Trucks you want to include in the IFTA report.

      Fuel and distance data are automatically fetched from the Samsara account.

   3. Review the data against each truck. When satisfied, continue to generate the IFTA Report.
