Integrate with Case New Holland SiteWatch

Samsara allows you to connect your Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) powered equipment to the Samsara dashboard, with just a click of a button. By connecting your Case New Holland SiteWatch account, Samsara can pull location, engine hours, and more for your powered equipment.

This integration is in Early Access. If you are interested in using this feature, please contact your Samsara account representative.

Requirements

• Case New Holland: Separate Case New Holland (CNH Industrial) SiteWatch subscription.

• Samsara: None

Deployment

1. Navigate to Settings > Apps

2. Click Case SiteWatch and enter your Case New Holland SiteWatch API credentials.

   If you do not have your API credentials, contact your dealer along with [e-mail] and includie the following information:

   Subject: Case New Holland SiteWatch API Credentials for Samsara Integration 
   Body: I would like to get Case New Holland SiteWatch API credentials to import my Case New Holland data into Samsara.

3. Select all pieces of equipment that you would like to sync between Samsara and Case New Holland SiteWatch.

   Then click Activate Devices. Samsara will be polling Case New Holland SiteWatch information every hour or whenever available.

   Note

   This may take up to an hour to sync between the two systems initially.

   Repeat this step to add more Case New Holland SiteWatch equipment to your Samsara account.
