On the Settings > MEM > Policy tab in the dashboard, you can view and manage your existing policies.
If you have not yet enrolled in Samsara Mobile Experience Management (MEM), you will see an invitation to Enroll Your Organization on any MEM page. After you complete enrollment, you can manage your MEM policies using any of the following workflows:

Select the Settings icon ( ) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

Select MEM > Policy.

Select Create New Policy.

Provide a descriptive name for the policy and then Submit.

Configure the general, applications, and Wi-Fi settings for your policy. For more information, see Policy Configuration Overview.

In the top right, Publish to <X> devices. Samsara will deliver the policy update to any associated devices as soon as they connect to the internet.
After publishing the policy, you can view details and manage your policy from the Settings > MEM > Policy section.

Select the Settings icon ( ) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

Select MEM > Policy.

In the row of the policy you want to rename, select the action menu represented by three dots and then select Rename.

Enter a new name for the policy and Submit your changes.

Select the Settings icon ( ) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

Select MEM > Policy.

In the row of the policy you want to edit, select the action menu represented by three dots, and select Edit.

Configure your policy as desired.

In the top right, Publish to <X> devices. Samsara will deliver the policy update to any associated devices as soon as they connect to the internet.
You can delete a policy as long as it is not in use and assigned to any device. If you delete a policy, you permanently remove it from the Samsara dashboard.
To port the settings of an existing policy to a new policy, you can clone it.
In the Mobile Devices dashboard, you can view the policy that is assigned to a device. By default, devices are automatically assigned the Default policy (this is the first policy that was created when you enrolled your organization).

From the Fleet menu, select MEM Overview > Mobile Devices.

Select one or more devices for which you want to Assign to policy. For a single device you can also Assign Device to Policy from the action menu in the row indicated by three dots.

Select the Policy, and then click Assign.
The new policy assignment will take effect the next time the device connects to the internet.
