To configure compliance settings:

Select the Settings icon (
) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings. -
Within Fleet, select Compliance.

Configure your data retention settings.
By default, Samsara retains your DVIR, HOS, and Dash Cam data in the cloud for as long as you are a customer. If you are an EU customer, Samsara retains your Dash Cam data for six months.
