The Camera Health report (Reports ( ) > Devices > Camera Health) enables you to quickly gauge the health of your dash cameras and camera connectors to determine when action is required. Each device listed in the Dash Cam report or Camera Connector report displays details of the health status and provides recommendations to remediate issues with the power or connectivity status.
After you review the health details for a dash cam or camera connector, you can take additional response from the more actions menu (...) in the row of the device to Troubleshoot or to begin the process to Exchange Device.
The Dash Cam report and the Camera Connectors report displays dash cameras and camera connectors that have been connected at least once to a Vehicle Gateway (VG) within the past 30 days and up to 50 hours of drive time. To enhance page performance, data refreshes in the reports every 4-6 hours.
To view the Camera Health reports, you must be a Full Admin or have a custom role with the Safety permission to view Camera Health.
