View Alert Incidents

1. Select alerts ( ).

2. On the Incidents tab, view current alerts that happened today.

3. To view past alerts, use the date selector to choose a specific date or date range.

   

4. Narrow the results, if desired:

   • Use the Search to enter a full or partial Alert ID, Alert, or Source.

   • Filter by Tags or Alert Type.

5. To export the incident results including a link to the video footage to a comma-separated values (CSV) file, click More Actions > Download CSV.

6. Select the Alert name to view details about incident.

   

7. To continue investigation of an alert, click Camera View to jump to a clip of the incident.

8. To view or tune the alert configuration, click View.

9. Otherwise, click All Incidents to return to the Incidents page.
