Integrate with Tenstreet

Sync driver safety events from Samsara with Tenstreet to better manage fleet drivers.

The integration includes the following features:

• Supplement driver management in Tenstreet by pulling in safety event details and camera footage captured in Samsara when a harsh event occurs in a vehicle operated by that driver

• Assign driver training required in Tenstreet

Requirements

• Tenstreet: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

Tenstreet built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact Tenstreet Support.

1. In your Samsara dashboard, navigate to Settings > Apps.

2. Search for and then select Tenstreet to install the app.

   Samsara generates an API token with the appropriate scopes.

3. Send the generated API token to your Tenstreet representative and request the Samsara integration.

   Tenstreet will guide you through the process to set up a harsh event alert/webhook for the Tenstreet integration.

   1. Create a webhook under Samsara Settings named Tenstreet Harsh Events Webhook and provide the secret key to Tenstreet.

   2. Configure an Alert in Samsara for Harsh Events named Tenstreet Harsh Events that sends notifications to the Tenstreet Harsh Events Webhook.
