Integrate with TheBusNetwork (TBN) OpsDriver by Initek Consulting

Initek connects Samsara and TBN OpsDriver to optimize driver payroll and billing and provide features to streamline operations and customer service.

The integration includes the following features:

• Combined data for planned bookings with the actual ELD data

• Custom views and reports of bookings, vehicles, drivers, and actuals data

• Customizable alerts and messages about bookings, driver events, and vehicle events

• Visibility and updates to vehicle status to support operations

• GPS sync to locate your vehicles and obtain assistance in the event of breakdowns

Requirements

• TheBusNetwork (TBN): None

• Initek Consulting: Subscription license agreement

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read and write scopes

Deployment

Initek Consulting built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Initek Consulting Support.

1. In your Samsara dashboard, navigate to Settings > Apps.

2. Search for and then select TBN OpsDriver to install the app.

   Samsara generates an API token with the appropriate scopes.

3. Send the API token to Initek Support ([e-mail]) and request the Samsara integration.
