Integrate with BluJay (by GLCS)

Bring Samsara telematics data into BluJay TMS and keep drivers and dispatchers in sync with integrated load assignment workflow.

Note

This integration is owned and managed by Global Logistics Consulting Services (GLCS), a third-party System Integrator on the Samsara Experts Marketplace. There is a deployment fee and monthly fee for this integration.

This integration includes the following features:

• View tractor GPS location in BluJay

• View available driver HOS in BluJay

• Assign loads and dispatch to drivers from BluJay

• Full dispatch workflow integration with the Samsara Driver App, including messaging and forms, route assignment and job updates

• BluJay: None

• GLCS: GLCS subscription agreement

Deployment

GLCS, a third-party developer on the Samsara Experts Marketplace, built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If you do not have an existing relationship with GLCS, submit the GLCS contact form.

Otherwise, if you already have an existing relationship with GLCS, follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact GLCS Support.

1. In your Samsara dashboard, navigate to Settings > Apps.

2. Search for and then select BluJay by GLCS to install the app.

   Samsara generates an API token with the appropriate scopes.

3. Send the Samsara API token to GLCS Support and request the Samsara-BluJay integration.

   GLCS Implementation Team will walk customers through the deployment process including installation, configuration, workflow implementation, and testing.
