To comply with an in-house audit of Hours of Service under your applicable regional mandate, you can perform an in-house audit log transfer. For information on the status of HOS Audit transfers, see the HOS Audit Transfer Report.
To transfer logs:

Select Compliance > Driver HOS.

Select the driver for whom you want to transfer logs.

Specify the date range of the logs you want to transfer using the date selector in the upper right corner. Choose a date range of one month or less. If an audit requires a longer date range, it is recommended to send reports in one-month increments.

Click Transfer Logs

Verify that the date range is correct.

(Optional) Add a File Output Comment. If the inspector provides a specific value, enter that value in this field.

Review the details of the transfer request and ensure that the data requested for transfer is consistent with the inspector's requests.

Click Submit to transfer the data file. The data file cannot be recalled after you submit the transfer.

Repeat the process for each individual driver requested by the inspector.
