Integrate with NIC-place

Connect Samsara to NIC-place to provide your connected logistics ecosystem of subcontractors and end customers with vehicle location and accurate ETAs.

Requirements

• NIC-place: None

  If you do not have an existing relationship with NIC-place, reach out through the Nic-place website or email [e-mail] to get a quote.

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

NIC-place built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact NIC-place Support.

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named NIC-place Integration with read scopes for the specific categories required for the integration.

   If you aren't sure which scopes are required, check with your NIC-place representative.

   For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

2. In your NIC-place dashboard, navigate to Accounts and Devices > New Account and then enter the token and base URL of your Samsara dashboard.
