Integrate with RoadBays

Sync vehicle location and diagnostics with RoadBays to help streamline communication with fleets and service vendors.

The integration includes the following features:

• Sync engine and fault code data to RoadBays case management tool to help facilitate needed repairs

• Sync vehicle location from Samsara to quickly deploy external parties to facilitate needed repairs

Requirements

• RoadBays: None

• Samsara: API access with Read permissions

Deployment

RoadBays built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact RoadBays Support.

1. In RoadBays, enable the Samsara connection by clicking Approve.

2. Enter your Samsara login information to authorize RoadBays (Read access required).

   RoadBays Support will configure the account as needed.
