Integrate with PowerPRO

Streamline your dispatch management with a complete workflow solution through PowerPRO’s integration with the Samsara Driver App and trailer/reefer tracking and monitoring.

The integration includes the following features:

• Sync vehicle GPS location data to provide end-to-end visibility into shipment status in PowerPRO dispatch.

• Send assigned loads and route sequence directly to drivers using the Samsara Driver App.

• Instant, two-way communication to drivers via documents and free form messaging.

• Real-time trailer GPS data from Samsara to PowerPRO, including temperature and dispatch provided alerts to avoid freight claims.

Requirements

• PowerPRO by Systems Support, Inc (SSI): None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read and write scopes

Deployment

PowerPRO built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact PowerPRO Support.

1. Create a Samsara API Token named PowerPRO Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Equipment:

     • Read Equipment Statistics

     • Write Equipment Statistics

     • Read Sensors

     • Write Sensors

   • Vehicles:

     • Read Vehicles

     • Vehicle Statistics

   • Addresses:

     • Read Addresses

     • Write Addresses

   • Compliance: Read ELD Compliance Settings (US)

   • driver Workflow:

     • Read Routes

     • Write Read

     • Read Messages

     • Write Messages

     • Read Documents

     • Write Documents

2. Send the token to your PowerPRO representative and request the Samsara integration.

   PowerPRO Support will configure the account.
