Integrate with Swiftly

Leverage Samsara’s high-fidelity GPS location data as a core input to the Swiftly Connected Transit Platform.

The integration includes the following features:

• Ensure highly accurate ETAs to passengers

• Remove single points of failure for vehicle tracking and reporting

• Leverage hardware investments for all core software functionalities

• Swiftly: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

Swiftly built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact Swiftly Support.

1. Create a Read Samsara API Token named Swiftly Integration with the following granular scopes in the Vehicles category:

   • Read Vehicles

   • Read Vehicle Statistics

   For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

2. Send the token to your Swiftly representative and request the Samsara integration.

   Swiftly Support will configure the account.
