Integrate with Transpoworks CabSupport and CabChat

Connect Samsara and Transpoworks’ suite of apps for better driver management.

• CabSupport: Remote support and screen-sharing utility optimized for low data.

• CabChat: Video calling, screen-sharing, and instant messaging solution for drivers/dispatchers.

• Both: Platform sync to display active drivers and vehicle assignment in the Transpoworks dashboard

Requirements

• Transpoworks:

  • CabSupport 1.5 or above

  • CabChat 1.17 or above

  • Android OS 12 or above

• Samsara: API access with Read permissions

Deployment

Transpoworks built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Transpoworks Support.

1. Install the Samsara Driver App on your managed devices.

2. Install the latest CabSupport App and/or CabChat App on the same device.

3. Grant data access from the Samsara App Marketplace:

   1. In your Samsara dashboard, navigate to Settings > Apps.

   2. For each app, search for it by name, and then select it to enable the integration.

   3. When prompted, grant data access to Transpoworks.

4. If you don't already have a Transpoworks dashboard, email [e-mail] to have an organization created on https://dashboard.transpoworks.com.
