Integrate with The Hartford

Get more out of your telematics investment by partnering with The Hartford.

The Hartford is committed to safety, and one of the best technologies available for managing your fleet and driver safety is vehicle telematics. This integration enables customers participating in The Hartford Telematics Data Sharing Program to easily share Samsara telematics data with The Hartford.

• The Hartford: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read and write scopes

Deployment

The Hartford built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact The Hartford Support.

1. Check if you are eligible to participate.

   Reach out to your Hartford representative and ask about The Hartford Telematics Data Sharing Program with Samsara.

2. Enable the integration.

   1. If you are eligible to participate, navigate to The Hartford integration page.

   2. Click Get It Now.

      You are prompted to grant permission to access your Samsara data.

   3. At the bottom, click Allow to enable the integration.

3. Confirm the integration was enabled successfully in the Samsara dashboard.

   1. Select the Settings icon ( ) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

   2. Select Organization & Apps.

   3. On the App menu, verify under Enabled Apps and confirm The Hartford integration is enabled.
