Integrate with Qivalon Dieselinspektor

Dieselinspektor helps you manage fuel bills from different sources. A specialized algorithm then compares fuel data from vehicles with the digitized fuel receipts and lists all cases of possible fuel fraud.

To set up this integration Qivalon needs access to in-vehicle telemetry data such as fuel level and consumption. Other relevant information, such as the position and mileage of the vehicle, is also obtained automatically and provides important contextual information for investigating suspicious events.

By accessing this data, Qivalon provides the following insights to customers:

• Automated detection of fuel removals from the fuel tank and at the pump

• Efficient management of the fuel invoices for your entire fleet

• Continuous monitoring of fuel-related data

Requirements

• Qivalon: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

Qivalon built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Qivalon Support.

1. Create a Samsara API Token named Qivalon Dieselinspektor Integration with read scopes in the following categories:

   • Address

   • Fuel and Energy

   • Trailer

   • Driver

   • Vehicles

2. Send the Samsara API Token to your Qivalon at [e-mail] and request the Samsara integration.

   Qivalon will guide you through any remaining steps to enable the integration.
