Integrate with Synergize

Sync documents submitted by drivers in the Samsara Driver App with Synergize Document Management System (DMS) by Microdea.

The integration includes the following features:

• Import Samsara documents to Synergize (color, grayscale, and black and white are supported)

• Index in Synergize based on configured document type

• FreightLogics: FreightLogics subscription agreement

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read scope

Deployment

FreightLogics, a third-party developer on the Samsara Experts Marketplace, built this integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact FreightLogics Support.

1. Create a Samsara API Token named Synergize Imaging Integration with read scopes for the specific categories required for the integration.

   If you aren't sure which scopes are required, check with your FreightLogics representative.

   For more information on creating an API token, see Get Started with the Samsara API.

2. Send the token to your FreightLogics representative and request the Samsara integration.

   FreightLogics Support will configure the account.
