Job Schedule for Assets

To schedule equipment use for a customer job, you can calendar assets equipped with a powered asset gateway (AG) using the Asset Schedule Jobs report (Reports ( ) > Assets > Asset Schedule > Jobs). You can view, schedule, and edit assets for specific jobs and assignments with the Asset Schedule Assets report (Reports ( ) > Assets > Asset Schedule > Assets).

When you create or edit a job, you can manually update the job status to provide a visual indication of the job progress:

• Pending (Orange): Pending assignment of specific assets.

• Scheduled (Blue): Specific assets are assigned to the job.

• On-Site (Green): Assigned assets are on-site.

• Completed (Black): Job is complete.

Create or Edit a Job

1. Select + Add job .

2. Input the job name and time frame.

3. (Optional) You can add details to the job such customer information, address, asset name and type, job status (Pending, Scheduled, On-Site, Completed), or provide job notes.

   You can use existing tags, such as flatbed trailer or crane, to reserve an asset type for a future date without assigning a specific asset.

4. Click Save to add the job to the schedule.

5. Select the job from the Jobs report to edit the job details.

View Asset Schedules

After you assign an asset to a job, the job displays on the Gantt chart.

To view both historical and future asset schedules:

1. Select Assets report.

   Assets that have had previous job assignments display on the calendar by job name and job time frame.

2. Select a job to view or edit the job details.
