The Samsara Door Monitor (DM) is a wireless sensor that provides real-time visibility and security by detecting when doors open and close. Door Monitor sensors are easy to install on both swing (hinged) and roll-up doors without any complicated wiring or cables.
Samsara DMs are designed for harsh operating environments. Each IP67-rated weatherproof sensor is functional between -40°F to 140°F and protects against splashes, spray, dust, and other environmental wear and tear. Each sensor runs for 5+ years using a single AA battery.
To install a Door Monitor sensor on a roll-up door, you will need:
1x Magnet |
1x Sensor |
