To configure compliance settings:

Select the Settings icon (
) at the bottom of your Fleet menu to view dashboard settings.

Within Fleet, select Compliance.

Configure the desired compliance settings. For an overview of the settings available, see Customizable HOS Settings

Configure your data retention settings.
By default, Samsara retains your DVIR, HOS, and Dash Cam data in the cloud for as long as you are a customer. If you are an EU customer, Samsara retains your Dash Cam data for six months.
