Integrate with Whip Around

Integrate Whip Around with Samsara to simplify your DOT compliance process and streamline your fleet maintenance.

The integration includes the following features:

• Vehicle and asset diagnostics sync, including engine fault codes

• DVIR defects pulled from Samsara into Whip Around

• Resolved defects updated in Samsara

• Asset GPS sync

Requirements

• Whip Around: None

• Samsara: API access with Read and Write permissions

Deployment

Whip Around built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact Whip Around Support.

1. Log in to Whip Around and navigate to Integrations.

2. Click Samsara <Activate> to open the authorization flow.

3. Enter your Samsara login information to authorize the Whip Around integration.

4. Approve both Read and Write access.

5. Select which Samsara assets you want to sync with Whip Around.
