Integrate with RyderConnect Fleet Sync

Sync your fleet's telematics data with Ryder for billing and proactive maintenance.

The integration includes the following features:

• Enable Ryder agents to identify problems at breakdown and get your vehicle back into action

• Enable Ryder shop with vehicle health insights

• Automated Odometer Reporting

Requirements

• RyderConnect: None

• Samsara: API access with Read permissions

Deployment

RyderConnect built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact RyderConnect Support.

1. In your Samsara dashboard, navigate to Settings > Apps.

2. Search for and then select RyderConnect - Fleet Sync to install the app.

   Ensure that the selected tags include all applicable Ryder assets.

   Samsara generates an API token with the appropriate scopes.

3. Send the API token to RyderConnect ([e-mail]) and request the Samsara integration.

   The RyderConnect onboarding team will followup with next steps on testing and activation.
